There is no contact form on this site. A form that posts nowhere and shows a fake success message is worse than an email address, so every route below opens your mail client with a subject line already filled in.

Technical or result feedback
A free tool behaves unexpectedly, a result looks wrong, or a guide needs a correction. Include the tool name and the rule or error code.
Security disclosure
A vulnerability in this website or in EmbedHarbor software. Read the disclosure policy on the security page before sending details.
Legal and privacy
Data protection requests, legal notices, or questions about the operating entity and its disclosures.
All topics use the same public address. Messages are read by a person; this is a small team and no service-level agreement is offered.
What to include
- The product family and firmware version, if the question is about a result.
- The tool and the rule or error code you saw — not the file itself.
- What you expected and what happened.
- Your CRA or customer deadline, if there is one, so we can answer usefully.
What not to send
Do not email firmware images, full SBOMs, customer data, certificates with private keys, or credentials. If we need a file to investigate, we will arrange a channel that fits your handling rules first.
